I can think of very few nirvana songs I like, in fact I can think of very few nirvana song, someone pleae tell me what is special bout them

Yo Barrett. Nirvana's heyday was the early 90's which puts you at the toddler stage of life when they were most popular.

While I agree that the band is overrated and the bulk of their fame came thru Cobain's suicide, I don't see how you cannot enjoy many of their songs, nonetheless.

Here is a list of Nirvana songs worth listening to:

1. In Bloom (my favourite)
2. About A Girl (only the acoustic, unplugged version)
3. Lithium
4. All Apologies
5. Come As You Are
6. Heart-Shaped Box
7. Smells Like Teen Spirit

The rest of their songs you could never hear and not miss much, but these songs listed are well worth the few seconds it takes to download them for free.

I never knew that's how you spell "heyday". Yeah I know I was a toddler but I wasn't even fucking born when metalica started or ACDC..or any fucking good band passed '88.

I just get annoyed when I see 12 year old kids whereing Nirvana shit and talking about Kurt Coke-brain like he is something worth mentioning.

Everytime I use my gf's computer I am missing S's. And A's. She has a shitty laptop.

I never really got into them. They kinda sucked. and suicide is for losers!
You guys should check out Dallas Green, from the bands City and Colour and Alexisonfire. He is very talented and not the type to committ suicide. Because he's a tough guy, with a badass voice and a badass mind. Please, check him out!

Nirvana was a bad ass band. I'm sorry if you can't see that. And Kurt was murdered.

I love nirvana, and i was at the right age right? Those albums still stand up today, it doesn't really matter if you don't like the genre or the music or the people involved but these cunts were the ones that made it. I can't decipher most of the lyrics, can you? Are they good lyrics? does it even matter? What band have we had since that we can compare to nirvana? Maybe girls aloud....
