Only administrators currently have the power to move a topic. Moderators have no extra power above regular users at all.

If you find a topic has been posted in the wrong forum (for example a political topic posted in the sex forum) find at the bottom of any thread (once you are logged in) 4 tiny pictures one of which is "move topic" - a little arrow.

Just click on this and it will then ask you into which forum to move it.

Choose the appropriate forum and click submit.

If you aren't sure which forum to place a topic in, but you are sure it doesn't belong where it is, put it in the Free Speech Forum.

Never move a topic unless these conditions apply.
