To Back Up Forum Data, first log in as Administrator, then on the left side panel on the Administration screen, choose "Backup Database" - choose FULL backup.

Backups are done regularly in case of database corruption. You can find existing Backups for the forum here:

The current database is about 6 megabytes.

Backups can be saved to your computer and/or I could give FTP access to the site's backup folder for anyone wanting to upload their backups.

To restore the forum data (don't bother if you aren't sure how) just choose "Restore Database" - this should only be done with a new installation of the forum or if the database becomes corrupted.
